A compassionate and intuitive facilitator, deeply devoted to exploring and guiding participants in the psycho-spiritual realm of spirituality, meditation, and prayer, and who offers a deep understanding of the transformative power of silence and stillness. As co-facilitator of our silent meditation retreats, Anna is responsible for creating the content arc of the journey, guiding participants through meditation and contemplation practices, and weaving in multidimensional sound and music transmissions to support the integration of the frequencies of the silent meditation experience into the body. As a loving, devoted and supportive guide, Anna offers gentle guidance to both new and experienced meditators as they navigate the inner landscape of their minds and hearts, supporting participants to find their way back to a state of focus and presence. Whether you are a seasoned meditator or new to the practice, Anna will hold a safe and nurturing space for you to connect with your body and soul, and to explore the deeper dimensions of your being on this journey of self-discovery and transformation.
Meet Liana
A woman who is dedicated to helping others find balance and peace through the practice of mindfulness and physical self-care. As a co-facilitator of our silent meditation retreats, Liana brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role, with expertise in the physical realms of health and wellbeing as well as the arts of movement, breathwork, meditation, and contemplation. In addition to being a trained yoga instructor for nearly two decades, Liana is gifted in her understanding of the body and brings this gift to the silent retreats through movement practices and providing Nourishing Ayurvedic-inspired meals to support participants on their journey towards balance. With a caring and sensitive nature, Liana is attuned and dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for everyone to grow and learn. Whether you are new to the practice of mindfulness or a seasoned practitioner, Liana is committed to helping you cultivate a loving relationship with yourself full of vitality through the power of self-care and meditation.
Meet Diana
A transpersonal psychology major and co-facilitator of the silent meditation retreats. With domain expertise in the emotional and relational realms, Diana has a deep understanding of the inner workings of the human psyche and is skilled at helping others navigate their own emotional landscapes. Diana is known for her ability to hold space for others, creating a safe and supportive environment for emotional processing and growth. Her deep and nuanced attunement to relational dynamics allows her to facilitate deep connections within the retreat group, fostering a sense of community and belonging. Diana's caring and nurturing nature, combined with her expertise in emotional intelligence, make her an excellent guide and spaceholder for those seeking to access some of the harder-to-reach emotional content and deepen their understanding of themselves and their relationships with others.
Meet Sphinx
The majestic Maine Coon who serves as the guardian of the temple. Sphinx spends his days observing and bearing witness to the energetics occurring at the subtle dimensions of reality, is deeply attuned to the energies around him, and is skilled at holding space for people's self-actualization processes. As a gentle and loving presence, who exudes an air of calm and wisdom beyond his years, An adept listener, able to tune into the needs of those around him with his heightened senses, Sphinx inevitably finds his way into connection with those who would most benefit from his presence and proximity. Whether curled up in a sunbeam, perched atop his feline castle or simply lounging among the retreat devotees, Sphinx is a constant source of peace and joy to all who encounter him. He is truly a remarkable cat, and a beloved hypoallergenic member of the Castle grace family.
